You are covered under the TicProtect program and are 100% secured to get your money back. We make sure that sellers fulfil what they promised, and you will get a 100% refund (150% for dedicated events*), when:
Ticombo protects you against late deliveries, that's why always make sure when exactly you receive the tickets.
If you did not receive the tickets on time**, notify Ticombo within 5 days after the latest delivery date had passed and minimum 2 days before the event to receive a full refund (including any fees and shipping/handling charges). In order to be covered by TicProtect, you need to make sure that you actively seek to receive the tickets and do not delay the receipt of the tickets. You need to post a claim on the Ticombo platform within the above deadline in order to be covered by the TicProtect Guarantee. For late orders a claim need to be posted as soon as possible before event time.
* for dedicated events only, indicated and specifically marked on the event listing page with the 150% guarantee seal and with a maximum of 1000 EUR in addition to the price paid. TIcombo can also chose to source the tickets from another seller and must be given reasonable time to arrange for this if opted for.
** by the indicated delivery time unless a different delivery time has been agreed upon with the seller.
Ticombo protects you against wrong tickets, that's why always make sure what tickets you receive.
If you received tickets that are not the same than the ones you ordered, you are eligible to receive a full refund (including any fees and shipping/handling charges). To do so, notify Ticombo within 3 days after the latest delivery date, however always 2 days prior to the event (except for those bought with the pick-up option). This way the seller has a chance to eventually resell them to a different person. In order to settle your claim, Ticombo may require that you return the tickets you received so safely keep them stored. You need to post a claim on the Ticombo platform within the above deadline in order to be covered by the TicProtect Guarantee. For late orders a claim need to be posted as soon as possible before event time.
Ticombo protects you against invalid tickets, that's why always make sure the tickets work.
All individual sellers have to confirm that tickets sold on Ticombo are valid and grant access to the event. We reduce this risk to a minimum, by checking the background of sellers and swapping tickets directly with the organizer for selected events. In the unlikely event that a ticket turns out to be invalid or access is denied, you will receive your money back and we will investigate the case against the seller. In such case, notify Ticombo within 5 days (120 hours) after the event (event start time) to get a full refund (including any fees and shipping/handling charges). Ticombo may require information from you or the venue to be able to back up the claim. You need to post a claim on the Ticombo platform within the above deadline in order to be covered by the TicProtect Guarantee. If you fail to post the claim within the deadline, the funds received will be made available to the seller.
When the claim is settled, you will receive a full refund and the seller will be banned from the platform and prosecuted for fraud.
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund (including any fees and shipping/handling charges).
If an event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use the tickets on the rescheduled date or, time permitting, list them for sale on Ticombo. We do not provide refunds for postponed or rescheduled events, partial performances, or venue, date, line-up, or time changes.
If necessary, you may be required to return the ticket to Ticombo or the seller. So, keep them safely stored in case the event is cancelled.
In order to be eligible, you must comply with the Ticombo User, Platform and Ticket Agreement and carefully followed the guidance and emails we send you regarding your order, including any timelines or procedures to notify Ticombo of issues.
The TicProtect program does not apply in cases of buyer's remorse or any reason other than the reasons stated above.
If you have an issue with your order, please open a claim within the required time period in the “My Purchases” section in the user area or contact Ticombo with providing your order number.(support@ticombo.com) with providing your order number.
We withhold the money to the seller until we can be sure that tickets have arrived on time. Therefore, claims have to be opened in a timely fashion:

You have not received the ticket on time
Open a claim within 5 days after the latest delivery date has passed.
2.
The tickets did not correspond to the ticket ordered.
Open a claim within 3 days after the latest delivery date, however always 2 days prior to the event (except for those bought with the pick-up option and late orders)
3.
The tickets were invalid and did not entitle you to attend the event.
Open a claim within 5 (120 hours) days after the event start time.
4.
An event has been cancelled.
Open a claim within 5 days or latest 5 days (120 hours) after the event unless you received information from Ticombo of refund.
Summary of TicProtect program for sellers:
You set the ticket prices. You can adjust the ticket price as often as you want before your tickets are sold. If you cannot adjust pricing for a ticket listing before the tickets have been sold, please contact Customer Service for assistance (support@ticombo.com).
If you sell your tickets and deliver them in accordance with the Ticombo User and Platform Agreement, and Policies, money will be made available 5 days after the event date. Please request Pay-out from your profile.
Available balance can always be withdrawn to your registered account via our platform. If you are selling tickets in several currencies, you should add corresponding accounts in these currencies to avoid currency exchange costs.
Pay-outs require a successful completion of the KYC (know-your-customer) process, for which you are required to provide personal information. This process can take up to 7 days. We therefore recommend completing the seller profile and add a pay-out method already before the tickets have been sold.
