Ticombo is the first Ticket Marketplace where Organizers, Resellers and Fans can buy and sell tickets in a fair, easy and secure way. With a growing team of more than 10 business and technology rockstars at the heart of Berlin, we are working very hard to build a fair, easy and secure ticket platform for fans all around the world.

Transparency: We know that it often happens that travel plans around the event change or questions occur around the purchase of the tickets. Therefore we have created a completely transparent marketplace, where buyers have access to all relevant information around the delivery status as well as the contact information of the seller.
Security: And in case there may be any issue related to the purchase, delivery or other topics, Ticombo’s support team is responding within just a few hours. With our TicProtect program, all purchases are protected by a 100% money-back guarantee if tickets arrive too late or are not as ordered. For an extra level of security, all sellers are verified by ticombo and gain trust points for successful transactions and positive reviews.
Level 1 - Verified Seller: All sellers are verified seller, with a verified email address and phone number.
Level 2 - Trusted Seller: Trusted seller have gained additional trust points in previous transactions, positive reviews and quick response times.
Level 3 - Official Seller: Official ticket sellers, have direct relations with teams or event organizers. They issue tickets through the official ticket system and often allow to add the name of the buyer to the ticket.
Level 4 - Official Organizer: We also work together with event organizers who sell first-hand tickets directly on Ticombo. These are official tickets directly from the organizer/team.
Fair Prices: In order to protect buyers from unreasonably inflated prices, we limit the markup on the tickets. This way we ensure that you pay a fair price and sometimes even get a ticket below the face value. For some of the events, you can even propose your own price to the sellers if this feature is enabled for ticket listing.
