The teams qualifying from D组 are those shown in the top positions of the D组 table. In the 48-team format, the top two teams in each group qualify automatically, while the best third-placed teams across all groups may also advance. The table may therefore indicate whether third place is in a qualifying position.
Teams shown in the lower positions of the D组 table with fewer points are considered eliminated once they can no longer mathematically finish in an advancing position. When elimination is confirmed, it will be reflected in the standings table.
